You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to update after shipment.
We accept returns of unused, unworn, and unwashed products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition with all tags and labels intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
Shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by Canadian authorities or the shipping carrier. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even if the order is returned, exchanged, or refunded. Eligible refunds will only cover the original product price and (where mandated by law) the original shipping fee.
