Estimated Delivery Windows

  • United States: 7–9 business days from the date of shipment
  • Canada: 9–11 business days from the date of shipment
We partner with USPS for all deliveries, ensuring secure and on-time transit. Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent directly to your registered email address—allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Orders)

Shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by Canadian authorities or the shipping carrier. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable under any circumstances—even if the order is returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Eligible refunds will only cover the original product price and (where mandated by law) the initial shipping cost. Customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded by Tranise West.
